Karan Desai
2 decades of professional & entrepreneurial experience
Karan has worked extensively with companies across the hospitality, alco-beverages, consumer products and other sectors in their strategic & fund-raising initiatives as an investment banker with Centrum Capital Ltd. and PwC during his professional career.
He subsequently co-founded and ran a listed NBFC specialising in retail gold and MSME loans. Over Karan's five-year journey, the company grew to 50+ branches and INR 450 crores of AUM.
Owing to his interest in fitness, Karan founded exerFIT, a lifestyle nutraceuticals brand in 2018, which he eventually transferred to the Wilson Group of Mumbai.
Karan is a distinction student with a Bachelor's degree from Narsee Monjee College, Mumbai and a Master's degree from Westminster Business School, London.
